Caps and Plugs USA Flanged Plastic Plug Caps are inexpensive dual-function closures that can be used as either a plug or a cap. These straight plug caps are made from durable polypropylene or HDPE to form a secure fit to protect the end caps of various fittings.
These plastic caps and plugs feature flanges which make adhering and removal of them as easy as possible.
Suggested uses are as a cap for tube and hydraulic fittings, tube end caps, pipe caps, or product protection. Or use it as a plug for threaded holes, openings, fittings, and ports.
This series of caps is available in a plain top as well as caps with flanges and pull tabs for easier removal. The caps are also available in polypropylene plastic or plant-based HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) known as BioMax™.

BioMax™ is a sustainable, plant-based HDPE derived from sugarcane. Renewable, plant-based plastics are a more environmentally friendly option because they replace the need for fossil fuels in creation with plant resources that actually take carbon out of the atmosphere. HDPE is also one of the more durable plastics capable of withstanding temperatures up to 215 degrees Fahrenheit or 102 degrees Celsius. BioMax™ high-density polyethylene is considered a #2 plastic and can be recycled both residentially or commercially in most areas.
